We built this because we needed it
MSA was started by Eugene Hicks and his son LJ — a former youth soccer player who went on to serve in the Army Reserve and now coaches the game he grew up in. LJ had the talent, the work ethic, and a family that showed up to every practice. What he and Eugene didn’t have was the playbook — the one the premium recruiting services assume every family already has.
